About Me

I am a Master of Scotch, whiskey educator, and cigar aficionado with over six years of experience in luxury hospitality, beverage programming, cigar retail, and bar operations within Forbes Five-Star environments.

My background includes leadership roles across Nemacolin Resort’s Chateau Lobby Bar, Circle Bar, The Hardy Room, and Cigar Shop, where I have specialized in premium spirits programming, bar operations, staff education, cigar retail, and elevated guest experiences. I currently serve as Nemacolin Resort’s Master of Scotch, Beer, and Wine Programmer, developing tastings, educational events, pairings, and beverage experiences for guests, enthusiasts, and private groups.

In April 2024, I joined the Council of Whiskey Masters as a Master of Scotch and have since been featured or mentioned in publications including Whisky Magazine, Cigar Aficionado, and World Whiskey & More. I also appear in the Council of Whiskey Masters documentary Masters of Whiskey. In addition, I serve as an exam judge and mentor for the Council of Whiskey Masters’ Master of Scotch examinations.

My services include whiskey tastings, educational training programs, luxury beverage consultation, cigar shop and bar operations consulting, and cigar and beverage menu development.
